Welcome to the Connecting Windsor-Essex™ Service Locator.
Explore the many business,
services and attractions in our region using this user-friendly mapping tool that will help you to
locate and get directions to a variety of points of interest in the community.
To assist you in your experience, there are a number of assistive resources that you can view:
- Main Page Tutorial: This slideshow-based tutorial will explain the main features and
functionality available to you from the Main Page.
- Database Tutorial: With the database search section on the front page, you can easily search for
your favorite service within Windsor & Essex County. This tutorial will explain other ways to find
the information that is available in the database for the Service Locator.
- Directions Tutorial: This resource will explain how to add points of interest to your Directions and how to
display and read results
- Map Tutorial: This tool will describe some of the navigation features of the maps that are
presented and how to refine the information that you are looking for through the mapping tools.
- Path through Site: By clicking on this menu item, you will be able to view what attractions,
services or business you have explored in your visit to the Connecting Windsor-Essex™ Service
Locator.
- Site Map: This link will take you to a text-based outline view of the Connecting Windsor-Essex™
Service Locator and the Business Directory for the Windsor and Essex County region.
Site Recommendations
This site is best viewed at a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher on a 17 inch monitor. If during
your browsing experience you find that menus are appearing off of the screen, you can simply change
the resolution of your monitor.
To change the resolution of your monitor, click Start and go to the
Control Panel. Select Display from the Control Panel, and the Settings tab within the Display Properties
window. Drag the screen resolution slider until it reads 1024 x 768.
